RSYC's Administration, Race Management and Training Centre is based on the Itchen, in Floating Bridge Road, Southampton. Members are welcome to visit, and parking is available.

Royal Southampton's main clubhouse is Gins, overlooking a lovely stretch of the beautiful Beaulieu River, on the Beaulieu Estate. Together with outstanding panoramic views the clubhouse offers an inviting bar and an excellent restaurant, with freshly-cooked, locally- sourced meals prepared by our in-house chef.
Accessible by both road and by sea, it offers walk-ashore and mid-river pontoons, toilets and showers. A Bosun service is available during opening hours in season. A range of one- and 2-person dinghies are provided for Members' use.

Gins Clubhouse is closed for improvement and refurbishment and will re-open in early spring 2019.
